Delete your Paperplane account and data, or check the status of a deletion request.

1. Delete your account from within Paperplane
The fastest way to remove your data is from your workspace: cancel any active subscription in Billing, then contact us to close the workspace. On deletion we remove your workspace data — the mirror of your connected ad accounts, creative uploads, and workspace settings.
2. Removing the app on Meta
If you connected Paperplane through Facebook and remove the app from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data associated with that connection. You’ll receive a confirmation code and can check its status on this page.
3. Request deletion by email
You can also email phueledmedia@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
4. What we keep
Certain records may be retained where required — the append-only audit log and billing records needed for security, tax, or legal compliance. These do not include your ad creative or connected account content.
